1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By making a reservation with Megostransfer, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE Megostransfer offers premium chauffeur-driven car rental services, including airport transfers, hourly service, executive transfers, VIP events, and guided tours.
3. BOOKING PROCESS
Online booking is a service request.
We will confirm availability and final details by email.
The service is confirmed upon receipt of your confirmation and payment.
You must provide accurate pick-up, drop-off, and contact information.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices shown are indicative and may vary depending on distance, duration, and specific requirements.

8. MEGOTRANSFER'S RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide a clean and well-maintained vehicle
Professional, punctual, and licensed driver
Comply with traffic and safety regulations
Maintain the confidentiality of your data
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY We are not responsible for:
Delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or force majeure
Missed flights or connections due to circumstances beyond our control
Personal belongings left in the vehicle (although we will make reasonable efforts to return them)
10. FORCE MAJEURE We will not be liable for non-performance due to causes beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.). We will offer rescheduling or a full refund.
11. UNACCEPTABLE CONDUCT We reserve the right to terminate the service without a refund if the customer displays threatening, abusive, or otherwise unsafe behavior.
