CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
✓ More than 24 hours before the service:
100% refund of the amount paid. Processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
✗ Less than 24 hours before the service:
No refund. Amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
MODIFICATIONS. Date/time changes are permitted more than 24 hours in advance, subject to availability, at no additional charge.
HOW TO CANCEL. Contact us with your order number. You will receive an email confirmation.
NO-SHOW: No prior cancellation = no refund.
CANCELLATION BY US: 100% refund or free rescheduling in case of force majeure.
EXCEPTIONS: Documented medical emergencies evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
